Co-Mo: a shared workplace

Co-Mo is the website's name for the shared workplace described as Co-Modeus in the project architecture. Its focus is the relationship between objectives, projects, work, people, and agents. Decisions, commitments, artifacts, approvals, and evidence give the surrounding activity a durable structure.

A useful way to approach Co-Mo is through the questions a team asks every day. What matters now? What changed? Who owns the next step? Which decision is blocking progress? What supports the claim that a task is complete? The product direction brings those questions alongside the work instead of leaving them scattered across separate conversations.

Cardinal: from conversation to shared understanding

Cardinal focuses on the organizational information inside conversations. In its documented review workflow, supplied transcripts or meeting notes become candidates for decisions, commitments, risks, and questions. Each candidate keeps its connection to the source, so a person can inspect and refine the interpretation.

Review is central to the idea. A suggested owner should not become a confirmed assignment without the appropriate decision. An ambiguous deadline should remain visible as a question. Cardinal is designed to help a team notice these gaps and carry accepted outcomes into the work that follows. Live meeting capture is a separate, governed part of the project direction.
