Modeus/Features/Web app

One workspace for prompts, files, and results.

Give Modeus a task in the workspace. It splits the task into steps, routes each step to an approved AI model, API provider, or tool, and shows the context and Active Memory used along the way.

A

One source of truth

Keep the brief, working files, decisions, and deliverables connected from start to finish.

B

Progress you can inspect

See what is running, what is complete, where the evidence came from, and where input is required.

C

Control at the right moments

Keep publishing, purchasing, deletion, and other sensitive actions behind explicit review.

How it works

The workspace splits and routes the task.

Users can inspect the steps instead of managing separate chats with separate models.

01

Define the task

Modeus turns the request into deliverables, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance checks.

02

Select context and memory

Only the files, decisions, sources, and relevant prior knowledge that can affect the current step are sent.

03

Route and execute

The router selects an approved model, provider, or tool for each step. Independent work can run in parallel.

04

Check and store the result

Outputs are tested or inspected before handoff. Approved reusable knowledge can become Active Memory.

Token and cost control

Use fewer tokens without lowering the standard.

Focused context reduces repeated input tokens. Smart Routing avoids using the most expensive model for routine steps. Active Memory reduces rediscovery.

Common pattern

Repeated single-model work

  • The full conversation sent again with each request
  • One expensive model used for routine and difficult steps
  • Previous solutions rediscovered in new chats
  • Model spend separated from the completed work
Modeus approach

A routed workspace

  • Relevant context selected for each step
  • Model depth matched to task difficulty and cost
  • Verified prior work retrieved when it matches
  • Usage connected to steps and outcomes

Where it fits

Work with a clear
definition of done.

Modeus is strongest when the result, constraints, and review standard are explicit.

01

Complex projects

Coordinate research, creation, analysis, and execution without fragmenting the work.

02

Team handoffs

Give reviewers the brief, decisions, evidence, and finished artifacts in one place.

03

Recurring work

Reuse the reliable parts of a workflow without copying the entire conversation.

Questions

What teams ask first.

Capabilities depend on your Modeus deployment, connected providers, permissions, and the tools approved for the task.

What belongs in a Modeus workspace?

A workspace can contain the goal, constraints, files, approved source material, progress, decisions, and finished deliverables for one body of work.

Does every step see every file?

No. Modeus is designed to scope context to the step. Files and history should be included only when they can materially affect that work.

Can important actions require approval?

Yes. External actions such as publishing, purchasing, deleting, sending, or changing account data should remain reviewable.

Is the web app a replacement for every team tool?

No. It is the execution workspace around the goal. Connected tools can remain the systems of record where that is appropriate.
