Modeus/Request a demo

Request a demo using your workflow.

We take one real task, split it into steps, and show which approved AI provider, model, or tool would handle each step. We also show how focused context and Active Memory can reduce repeated work and token use.

What to expect

A working session,
not a scripted pitch.

The conversation stays tied to the workflow you submitted and the proof your team would need to evaluate it.

01

Map the work

We clarify the input, current handoffs, systems involved, responsible owner, risk points, and definition of done.

02

Show the operating path

We explain how Modeus would focus context, route each step, use approved tools, and preserve review boundaries.

03

Define a fair evaluation

We identify the deliverable, evidence, quality gates, and operational requirements needed for a meaningful next step.

How to prepare

Bring the process.
Leave secrets out.

A clear operating example is more useful than a polished presentation.

01

The current starting point

Describe the request, files, systems, and people involved today. High-level examples are enough for the first conversation.

02

The expensive friction

Name the repeated context, waiting, manual transfer, review bottleneck, or quality risk that makes the workflow worth changing.

03

The finished deliverable

Show what a responsible owner needs at the end: a tested change, approved campaign, reconciled analysis, verified dataset, or operating brief.

04

The non-negotiable controls

Identify sensitive data, system-of-record boundaries, required approvals, provider policies, audit needs, and actions Modeus must not take.

Evaluation standard

Measure completion.
Not presentation.

A good evaluation checks whether Modeus produces a usable, verifiable outcome under the constraints that matter to your team.

A weak evaluation

Generic tour

  • A polished example unrelated to your work
  • No source, data, repository, or tool constraints
  • No accountable review point
  • Success measured by response quality alone
A useful evaluation

Real workflow

  • A bounded goal with a named deliverable
  • Representative inputs and clear exclusions
  • Visible approvals and responsible owners
  • Evidence, checks, and handoff criteria defined up front

Demo questions

Before you request.

Modeus is evaluated as an execution system. Provider and tool availability depend on the deployment and approved configuration.

Is the demo built around our team?

Yes. The request form captures the workflow and evaluation context so the conversation can focus on your actual input, controls, and finished deliverable.

Should we share real company data?

Not in the public request form. Do not send credentials, customer data, confidential files, or regulated information. Approved data handling can be discussed before any evaluation material is transferred.

Can technical stakeholders join?

Yes. Product, engineering, operations, security, legal, data, finance, or other responsible reviewers should join when their constraints determine whether the workflow is viable.

Will the demo include every feature?

No. A focused session should use the features and tools relevant to the submitted workflow rather than rush through the full product catalog.

Does submitting this form schedule a meeting automatically?

No. It opens a reviewable email request. The Modeus team can then respond with the appropriate scheduling next step.
